An intimate wellness experience set exclusively at The Brecon. Over four days, a small group of guests will join a line-up of Olympians — including Paula Radcliffe, Rebecca Adlington, Dame Sarah Storey, Colin Jackson, Leon Taylor and Jamie Baulch — for a unique blend of movement, recovery and conversation.
Designed to feel quietly special, the retreat is open to all levels, with a programme that allows guests to dip into whatever they feel like, and activities designed to be enjoyed at their own pace.
