At The Brecon we're driven by generosity — all food and drinks are complimentary throughout your stay. 

Our open kitchen serves an à la carte breakfast of eggs, pancakes, muesli, yoghurts and local cured meats, accompanied by fresh fruit, pastries, artisan bread, smoothies and juices. 

After a day in the mountains come home to an afternoon tea of sandwiches, brownies and homemade cakes.

Enjoy an early evening apéritif by the pool, followed by dinner at the chef’s table with a seasonal menu and wine pairing. Fig and Ricotta Salad, Wild Mushroom Risotto and Roast Alpine Salmon with Crushed Potatoes and Fish Velouté are just some of the dishes on offer, followed by homemade desserts and local cheeses. After dinner wind down in the lounge and enjoy your favourite cocktail or night cap from our well stocked bar.
