Fondue Experiences
Cheese fondue is one of Switzerland’s simplest pleasures — and, in winter, almost a ritual. Warm, generous and best shared slowly, it belongs naturally to cold evenings, snowy views and long conversations.
While we do not currently serve fondue at The Brecon, we are happy to arrange the experience nearby. Try it in a fondue igloo for something playful and seasonal, or on the terrace at The Cambrian, where the view makes it feel special in any season. For a more classic evening, there are also local restaurants close by that serve fondue in a traditional setting.
However you take it — surrounded by ice, under the stars, with a mountain view, or tucked inside after a day outside — fondue is a small Swiss ceremony worth making time for.
